I'M ON LIVESTREAM BUT IT'S NOT PLAYING AND I DO NOT HEAR SOUND.
Make sure to press play button when you open livestream. Then, check sound on your device is turned up.
MY COMMENTS ARE NOT SHOWING UP ON iOS APP. WHAT DO I DO?
Exit the livestream and come back in.
I'VE PAUSED THE VIDEO, HOW DO I CATCH UP TO REAL TIME?
Refresh your screen or exit livestream and come back in.
HOW DO I GO TO FULL SCREEN?
Tap the video for setting icons to appear then, click on bottom right icon to expand. It should look one of the following:
MY LIVESTREAM IS PLAYING A DIFFERENT VIDEO, HOW DO I GET BACK TO LIVESTREAM?
Type in "Booty Boost Live" in search bar and click on the Livestream.
HOW DO I CAST TO MY SMART TV FROM A MOBILE DEVICE?
Tap the video for setting icons to appear on the screen. Click Airplay or Cast icon in top right.

Refresh your page and/or exit the livestream and come back in. Then, press the play button as needed.

We will info you in the chat if there is connectivity issues on our end. If it's not an issue on our end, check with your internet service provider to ensure your internet is working properly. We recommend having at least 3 mbps in download speed for the best quality.

Click the full screen mode icon
