UPGRADE + RESTORE APPLE SUBSCRIPTION

It looks like you purchased your subscription through the Apple Store and still need to upgrade + restore for access your new features + workouts!

 

Follow the steps below and click here if you receive an error message at step 4.

 

  1. Update: If your apps don’t update automatically, open the App Store, search for Jazzercise On Demand, and
    tap Update. The picture below illustrates what to look for. (You may not see it right away, it is slowly rolling out everywhere)

  2. Restore iTunes Purchase: After updating, open the app, find & tap a video to play. Here’s an example:

  3. Tap "Already a Subscriber?"

  4. Tap "Restore Purchase"
